- Support the Head of Marketing and their leadership team with day-to-day operations, strategic planning, data and analytics, and budget management.
- Establish a business rhythm with cross-functional teams to review performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify key growth levers, size their potential impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Drive and own the prioritization process between Marketing and key stakeholders-Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Finance-to align on strategic goals and deliver on GTM OKRs.
- Analyze current business trends, uncover key drivers of change, and forecast performance.
- Monitor and analyze the entire marketing funnel's performance, develop data-driven insights, and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
