Seeking an experienced Custodial Operations Director to oversee custodial services across the K-12 school district. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in facilities management with an emphasis on custodial operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proven ability to manage both people and budgets. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with district standards.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in facilities or custodial management, ideally in a K-12 or higher education environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Proven business and financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. * Hands-on knowledge of custodial operations, floor care techniques, and custodial equipment.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

This role will sit ONSITE out of Fort Wayne, IN.
