- Serve as a key point of contact between project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial tracking to support project cost control.
- Maintain and update project calendars, timelines, and milestone schedules.
- Assist in hiring contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to support project proposals and updates.
- Monitor compliance regulations and ensure documentation aligns with industry standards.
- Support HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection project components.
- Track project progress alongside Project Managers and Assistant PMs, identifying and resolving issues.
- Organize venues and logistics for project-related events and meetings.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project administration within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and fire protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly across teams.
- Familiarity with sales coordination and basic construction workflows.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety standards in construction.
- Experience with project management software or construction-specific platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Office-based role located in Milwaukee, WI, with occasional coordination with field teams.
