As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee large-scale, ground-up educational facility projects in the Atlanta area. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-visibility projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale educational construction projects in the Atlanta area.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the job site.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on educational facilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Competitive base salary up to $120,000 - Commensurate with experience.
