Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced superintendent to oversee projects across the Atlanta Metro market. The role involves managing and supervising ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring the successful execution of each phase from initiation to completion. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the growth and success of prominent commercial developments in the region.
  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
  • Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations to ensure compliance with all codes and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and adjust project schedules and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to project status, labor, materials, and safety compliance.

  • 7-10+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor as a Senior Superintendent
  • Must have experience with K12 and/or Higher Education construction projects
  • Must have experience leading projects $100M+
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Strong time management skills, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing teams is a plus
  • Well-versed in the current construction market trends and the latest technological advancements

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
