- Establishment, expansion, management, and motivation of cooperation partners in the USA, Canada, and Mexico
- Expansion of sales networks and collaborations, including long-term maintenance of customer relationships
- Strategic and operational expansion of sales and market position in the NAFTA market region
- Market-specific adaptation of products and sales strategy
- Customer acquisition, product presentation, customer consulting, and customer care across all hierarchy levels
- Preparation of offers and monitoring of projects until contract conclusion
- Establishment and management of the organization, processes, and ongoing projects with regard to profitability, growth, functionality, quality, costs, and deadlines
- Ensuring the company's deadline, growth, and profitability targets are met within the scope of overall regional responsibility
- Close collaboration with the headquarters in Germany, especially with development, business development, product management, sales, production, and service
- Understanding and establishing a sustainably functioning after-sales structure
- Establishment of a highly efficient organization
- Ensuring the achievement of targets and independent implementation of sales and Sales planning
- Regular reporting to the Board of Directors
- Some years of professional experience in the USA and a deep understanding of B2B sales and management of complex technical machinery and equipment in the relevant markets.
- Experience in working with German, Swiss, or Austrian corporate headquarters.
- Completed degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable, possibly a Master's in Business Administration.
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of complex technical product solutions in the B2B sector. Ideally in the field of screening systems or bulk material handling or processing, as well as knowledge of the market landscape in these market segments.
- Strong communication skills (relationship management) at an international level.
- Strong customer focus.
- High level of initiative and enjoyment of working independently.
- Very good English and possibly German skills; Spanish would be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to regularly visit customers and travel on business in the region and, if necessary, to Germany.
- Good interpersonal skills.
