- Manage multi-site contract manufacturer to align product delivery with production forecast requirements.
- Ensure accurate COGS reporting in collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Analyze the supply chain impact of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO) and create action plans to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate product cost roll-ups, reconciliations, and strategic purchases, including Last Time Buys.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through multi-sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Supervise component-level demand/supply and contract manufacturer performance, addressing procurement and delivery concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on material management and supply chain outcomes as needed.
- Manage part shortages, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and cost data to support decision-making.
- Support NPI to production transition to ensure material availability and launch readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics plus 5+ year experience or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong spreadsheet (Excel) and data analysis skills; comfortable working with incomplete data.
- Experience reviewing complex Bill’s of Material
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM) Agile/Oracle Preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) Agile/Oracle Preferred
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or commodity management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and project management.
- Experience collaborating with procurement and engineering teams.
- Experience with managing with tier 1 contract manufacturers preferable
