Description of WorkManage operational activities for the football department. Responsible for team travel and accommodations. Evaluate vendor contracts and negotiate best price/value with recruiting services, hotels, airlines, automobile rentals, and food vendor. Assist with Football recruiting and monitor Team travel, billing and payments. Plan and coordinate events hosted by Football including Coaches' Clinic, summer football camps and clinics, and annual season events. Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and one (1) year experience in football operations or recruiting, GA experience may be considered. Work history will demonstrate a strong level of communication, organizational, time management, interpersonal and computer skills. A working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred QualificationsIdeal candidate will have experience in: football business operations at the Division I level , team travel coordination (home and away) , managing camps & clinics, managing a budget , Teamwork's logistic management system, recruiting and managing student workers.
