We are seeking a mid-level Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance to join our thriving business group. The Corporate & Securities practice focuses on public company reporting, compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies in various industries, as well as corporate and transactional matters for private companies.This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters at a national level in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Compensation:
  • The position offers a compensation range of $260,000 to $390,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Candidate Parameters:
