Enjoy a generous sign-on bonus, relocation support, and differentials that reward your overnight dedication.L&D RN Supervisor Schedule – Night Shift:Full-time, permanent roleFour 10-hour shiftsFlexible start and end timesTypical schedule is Monday through ThursdaySome weekend coverage may be requiredNight shift differential appliesL&D RN Supervisor Responsibilities – Night Shift:Provide leadership oversight to a team of 9–10 nurses and OB techsGuide staff performance, development, and shift operationsSupport process improvement and best practice implementationOversee staff education and performance evaluationsCollaborate on corrective actions with leadershipStep in on the floor when needed — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership roleCommunicate effectively across diverse staff and experience levelsCollaborate closely with the Charge Nurse, CNO, and DirectorParticipate in hospital committees, policy development, and new hire mentorshipSupport quality initiatives and uphold JCAHO standardsL&D RN Supervisor Requirements – Night Shift:Active California RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)Graduate of an accredited school of nursingMinimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience in Labor & DeliveryMinimum of 1 year of leadership or charge experienceConfident communicator with strong clinical judgment and coaching abilityCommitted to providing overnight clinical leadership and supportL&D RN Supervisor Compensation – Night Shift:Base hourly: $76.41 – $104.36 (based on education and experience)This range includes seven steps of experience/tenureDegree differential pay: $1.20/hr for BSN, $2.40/hr for MSNNight differential: $3.00/hr (2:45 PM–12:45 AM)Night differential: $4.50/hr (10:45 PM–7:00 AM)Weekend differential: $1.25/hrRelocation assistance: Up to $10,000 (based on resume address)Sign-on bonus: $15,000Federal loan forgiveness may apply (nonprofit hospital)
