Location: Fort WorthShift: 12pm-8:30pmJoin our fast-paced and collaborative warehouse team as a Forklift Driver, where your skills will help keep our distribution operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced operator who can safely manage the flow of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to a high-performing warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate gas or electric-powered forklifts to move, load, stack, and unload raw materials, parts, and finished goodsTransfer materials between warehouse storage and transport vehiclesConduct daily safety inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintainedMaintain accurate inventory by tracking product movement and reporting discrepanciesSupport shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operationsFollow all warehouse safety protocols and company proceduresMay assist in training or guiding less experienced team membersRequires forklift certification (or ability to obtain)What You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredMinimum 3–5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environmentKnowledge of warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory controlAbility to troubleshoot minor operational issues and recommend solutionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyTeam-player mindset with the ability to work independently with limited supervisionComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environmentWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and benefitsGrowth opportunities within the supply chain and logistics spaceBe part of a team that values safety, integrity, and operational excellenceHands-on experience in a state-of-the-art distribution facilityApply now to grow your warehouse career with our dynamic distribution team!The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.
