- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing operational and client-related projects
- Track assigned project tasks and ensure timely follow-up with team members
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Document meeting notes, action items, and maintain up-to-date project records
- Regularly update client and project records in TRAX (CRM system)
- Assist in gathering and inputting client data for open enrollment and renewal readiness
- Maintain data accuracy, monitor completion of task workflows, and report discrepancies
- Support quality assurance efforts through audits and data validation
- Help maintain process documentation and contribute to the standardization of templates
- Identify workflow issues and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Work closely with Client Engagement Managers, Specialists, and internal departments
- Coordinate with operations and training teams on rollouts of revised procedures
- Attend team huddles and project check-ins, providing timely task updates and support
- Assist in onboarding setup for new hires (workspace, tech, documentation)
- High school diploma or equivalent – college is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative support role.
- Ability to lift packages and mail – typically up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in a corporate remote setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in cloud environments as well as MS Office Suite, HR software systems and scanning.
