- Designs and implements enablement programs, including onboarding, training, territory planning, and referral development, that measurably improve BD productivity and referral growth.
- Owns the strategy, optimization, and adoption of CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and other digital tools that enable BD success.
- Leads cross-functional initiatives that impact BD operations, including technology rollouts, process improvements, and strategic growth projects, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable business impact.
- Serves as the central point of coordination for BD-related projects, aligning efforts with organizational priorities and communicating progress to leadership.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, IT, HR, and Analytics to integrate BD support programs across the enterprise.
- Drives the adoption of tools, processes, and strategic initiatives across geographically dispersed team by influencing and aligning stakeholders.
- Leverages data and analytics to deliver performance insights, track progress, and guide decision-making for BD leadership.
- Communicates clearly and consistently with stakeholders, providing updates on program milestones, project outcomes, and strategic priorities.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
- Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed. Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Seven (7+) years of experience in sales enablement, business development support, or program/project management.
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, or other highly regulated, mission-driven industries.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and field sales operations.
