- Manage the Director's calendar and assist with scheduling meetings and events.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including preparation of materials, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting events hosted by Era.
- Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support for the Tutor-ND program affiliated with Era.
- Handle special projects and new tasks as assigned, bringing creativity and initiative to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to new projects and changing priorities.
