Please visit for more information.Job Responsibilities & SkillsWestmount Square Capital is looking for a full-time Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst. As the company’s first hire, the Analyst will report directly to the founders and gain exposure to every aspect of the deal cycle. The Analyst’s primary responsibilities will include supporting, identifying, and underwriting new deal opportunities, asset managing the existing portfolio, refinances, and dispositions. WSC is looking for a flexible and independent self-starter who is amenable to assist with a growing firm’s most pressing needs.The ideal candidate will have the following job responsibilities:
  • Produce complex financial models to analyze multifamily investment and refinancing opportunities
  • Perform market and submarket research, including rental comps, sales comps, and economic/demographic trends and interpreting their impact on potential acquisitions
  • Perform rigorous financial analysis related to the execution of asset management initiatives including leasing, asset repositioning, and improvements to operational efficiency
  • Travel to conduct periodic site inspections to evaluate physical condition, operations, and competitive market conditions
  • Be responsible for monthly property reporting and quarterly investor reporting efforts
  • Lead due diligence efforts for new acquisitions, including onsite unit walks, ordering and interpreting third-party reports, and maintaining the closing checklist
  • Respond to inbound lender questions and requests for existing loan portfolio
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant real estate or financial services experience in investment banking, private equity, a REIT, or real estate operating company
  • Strong understanding of investment fundamentals and working knowledge of cash flow modeling and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance, engineering, or economics with a strong academic record
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and strict attention to details
  • Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic spirit, with an attitude to win, and willingness to multitask and/or do it all
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Carried Interest
