- Originate and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across the AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, data science, and emerging tech stack
- Manage C-suite and board-level relationships with VC-backed disruptors, high-growth enterprises, and strategic acquirers
- Deliver full-cycle execution: origination → pitch → diligence → structuring → negotiation → close
- Define vertical strategy and shape the firm's presence in next-gen technology banking
- Hire and lead a high-performing team as you scale your vertical
- Collaborate across Wedbush's broader tech platform: equity research, institutional sales, trading, and corporate access

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience as an Investment Banker, including recent closed deals in tech (AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure)
- Currently managing or actively developing a robust pipeline of M&A or capital markets opportunities
- Exceptionally strong relationships with tech CEOs, founders, VCs, and strategics
- Deep knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, transaction structuring, and capital markets strategy
- FINRA Series 79, 63 required (24 a plus)
