- Key leader and SME for an ERP implementation includes end-to-end assessment of business processes, system configuration, testing, quality assurance, training, and integration of systems.
- Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how current platforms are leveraged and bring best practices to the forefront.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with technical support and product owners as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of DocLink and ERP with other systems.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to management.
- Lead and support the implementation of DocLink and related business processes supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Support financial reporting and planning processes by ensuring data integrity and enabling automation through system-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a Technology-related field.
- Knowledge of general accounting and corporate financial reporting, including international requirements and intercompany transactions.
- Robust interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Successful ERP implementation with multiple ledgers, currencies, and business units.
- Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SQL, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Functional professional with full lifecycle ERP migrations with proven success implementing process improvements in accounting environments.
- Experience supporting validation of consolidated financial statements and audits through system data extraction.
