
Onboarding Coordinator

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization.
- Administer and maintain onboarding checklists, documentation, and employee records in the HRIS/ATS (Dayforce experience a plus).
- Ensure all pre and post employment paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately and timely.
- Reviews I-9 and E-verify documentation thoroughly to ensure that appropriate and authentic documents are obtained
- Initiates and ensures compliance with all pre-employment requirements, including Temps.
- Partner with HR, IT, payroll, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have access to systems, equipment, and resources on day one.
- Prepare materials such as new hire packets, reports, and communications related to onboarding.
- Support communication of company policies, procedures, and benefits information to employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, including schedules, welcome materials, and presentations.
- Assist with HR projects and provide support for recruitment and other HR functions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience with emphasis on onboarding, recruitment, or employee experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems (Dayforce experience preferred).
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
