In this role, you'll lead recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions that shape our culture and employee experience. - Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screenings and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
- What You'll Do
- Support bi-weekly payroll review and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare welcome packets and coordinate a warm, professional onboarding experience.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and HR meetings.
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee pre-employment and exit interview processes, capturing valuable feedback.
- Track training acknowledgments and assist with HR audits.
- Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting or HR (preferred).
- 2+ years in an administrative support role.
- 2 Year Degree
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR systems.
