The mission is to modernize complex, global sectors with AI- and data-driven infrastructure, beginning in the $6 trillion dollar chemical industry.Joining at this stage means contributing to a business with proven traction and strong investor backing while helping shape and scale the operations function. You’ll work directly with senior executives at global enterprises, driving measurable outcomes and long-term partnerships. What You Will DoAs a Deployment Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers realize the full value of their partnership. You will:
- Own post-sale account delivery , ensuring promised business value and successful deployment of initial use cases.
- Partner closely with product, operations, and sales teams to resolve challenges and deliver results.
- Engage with executive stakeholders, business champions, and end users to drive adoption and showcase ongoing impact.
- Identify and prioritize new high-value opportunities within customer organizations to expand relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor , combining technical aptitude with business influence to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Help build and scale the deployment/operations function , working closely with peers to establish best practices and processes.
- 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, operations, or customer delivery roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to quickly absorb and apply new information.
- Exceptional communication and presence , able to influence both technical application owners and C-level executives.
- Technical aptitude to participate in systems and data discussions (no need to be an engineer).
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes post-sale.
- Ambitious, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in a high-growth company culture with high ownership and agency.
- Ideally some exposure to the chemical industry or adjacent industrial sectors (not required).
- Experience working with chemical, life science, or adjacent manufacturing companies .
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships across procurement, supply chain, sales, or regulatory teams.
- History of excelling in competitive or fast-paced professional environments.
- Based on the East Coast (NY preferred) , but open to strong candidates elsewhere.
- Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base
- Bonus: 15–20% annual performance bonus
