As an Associate, Capital Deployment & Operations, you will support our global Capital Deployment, Operations, and Finance teams by building and maintaining financial models, leading data analysis efforts, and improving visibility into capital deployment performance. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable reporting and forecasting systems, contributing to strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and processes to support global capital deployment forecasting
  • Create and improve tools that provide clear visibility into performance and deployment metrics
  • Support ongoing data transformation and analytics initiatives across the Capital Deployment team
  • Design and manage Tableau dashboards for real-time reporting and data visualization
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
  • Assist in preparing materials for quarterly earnings calls, board presentations, and internal business planning
  • Prepare and deliver internal reports in partnership with stakeholders to support business operations and informed decision-making
Building Blocks for SuccessRequired:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, with a strong preference for Tableau
  • In-office presence required four days per week
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
  • Positive, proactive work ethic with a self-starting and collaborative mindset
Hiring Salary Range of: $98,000 - $146,000.
