We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee our production facility and inspire operational and team excellence.This is an exciting time to join our team - we are a growing company actively expanding our operations to meet increasing demand and new project opportunities. As Plant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future success.In this critical leadership role, you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including:

Production Scheduling & Inside/Outside Bed Planning
Inventory Control & Materials Management
Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight
Stripping, Pouring, and Finishing Coordination
Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments
