- Administer IT infrastructure and support for 45+ employees across two Orange County offices
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and external IT support
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for systems, networks, and applications
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network equipment
- Oversee access control, HVAC monitoring, and building systems technology
- Develop, optimize, and automate workflows through Excel-based VBA programming
- Customize and support accounting software via SQL programming
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, SharePoint sites, permissions, and security settings
- Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and user-friendly "how-to" guides/tutorials
- Track and manage IT and corporate assets (SnipeIT, MyGlue, Keeper, etc.)
- Support workstation/server deployments and lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Conduct weekly IT check-ins with staff to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with engineers to automate complex calculations and processes
- Research, analyze, and make recommendations on AI tools and implementation strategies to improve engineering workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist in property management tasks (vendor coordination, building systems, etc.)
- Solid experience in VBA programming (Excel automation required)
- Solid experience in SQL programming
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration & SharePoint
- Minimum 2 years of IT coordination/administration experience
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience translating engineering workflows into automated processes is a plus
