To learn more about us, visit .Job DescriptionAt Truck Centers, Inc., our facilities are the backbone of keeping our dealerships running smoothly—and we’re looking for a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and takes pride in keeping things running at their best.Schedule:
- Monday-Friday day shifts (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)
- Perform a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks, including structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.
- Take on campus upkeep such as mowing, landscaping, light bulb replacement, safety checks, and snow or debris removal.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and keep the business running.
- Partner with vendors and contractors to order supplies, gather bids, coordinate repairs, and ensure quality results.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor information using specialized software.
- Keep storage areas safe, clean, and organized according to company and Elite Support standards.
- Be available for after-hours response when needed for building issues.
- Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
- 3+ years of full-service construction or commercial office maintenance experience is highly preferred
- Proven mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repair
- Ability to perform a variety of preventative maintenance services on all facility systems
- Confident user capable of operating a variety of power, manual, and specialty tools and equipment
- Strong personal conviction to safety and producing quality work
- Resourceful, organized work habits to thrive independently
- Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with other employees, vendors, and contractors
- Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
