  • Prepare and maintain high-quality financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with various departments in the organization to gather inputs and ensure consistency across reports.
  • Interpret financial and operational performance to provide strategic insights and commentary.
External Reporting:
  • Support the preparation of financial materials for external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with responses to external data requests and due diligence processes.
Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze company performance, variances, trends, and KPIs to support reporting narratives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through deep financial analysis and deliver actionable insights.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously enhance reporting processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and storytelling quality.
RequirementsEducation:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
