Join us.Job Summary:The Large Power Systems Division currently has an opening for an Engineering Team Lead within our Aftertreatment & Exhaust Systems (AT&ES) performance engineering team. The Engineering Team Lead acts as a lead and an individual contributor, bringing technical expertise to the project as well as leading/coordinating the efforts of others. This role will give you the opportunity to help meet the EPA Tier 5 regulations by creating new and innovative aftertreatment design solutions. With your help, our products will continue to significantly reduce harmful diesel and gas engine exhaust emissions.What you will do:This role resides within the Aftertreatment & Exhaust Systems team and is focused on the selection and development of aftertreatment systems for a wide range of applications such as locomotive, marine, and Cat machines. This includes evaluating options for aftertreatment systems across a range of criteria, such as cost, performance, reliability, and life. In addition, the incumbent will develop and drive the strategy for providing cost effective aftertreatment systems into the future.
