- Provide telephone and email support to Strategic Account customers under guidance of Client Executive and/or Account Executive.
- Secure orders, arrange delivery dates, monitor installation dates, and order closure.
- Provide project management support to sales initiatives within account.
- Participate in developing and implementing marketing action plans.
- Provide assistance in the development of customer presentations and proposals that ensure professionalism and results.
- Maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements.
- Ensure that customers are knowledgeable of Securitas Electronic Security policies relative to sales, systems support and service.
- Follow up on each sale and the resulting installation of hardware and software products.
- Ensure that outstanding receivables are minimized through planning and coordination with company finance associates and the customer.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns as effectively and quickly as possible.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate sales forecasts, call reports and sales activity reports for submission to the Client Executive on a timely basis.
- Report proposal/prospect status through the Client Executive.
- Implement and continually review the proper flow of contracts to company headquarters to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all contractual relationships with customers for both hardware and systems products.
- Maintain high level of communication with functional groups within the Strategic Accounts division as well as with Service/Installation and Finance to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prefer college graduate with BS/BA in business or marketing related area. Consideration given to relevant prior work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
