  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Cadillac parts and accessories.
  • Support Service Advisors and Technicians by fulfilling parts requests quickly and accurately.
  • Learn how to manage inventory, stock, and ordering.
  • Keep the parts department organized and running smoothly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while learning the fundamentals of dealership operations.
