  • Customer Engagement: Schedule appointments, gather customer and vehicle information, and document vehicle concerns on repair orders.
  • Estimates & Updates: Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor, and keep clients informed throughout the service process.
  • Process Management: Track special orders, follow up on parts, and ensure warranty documentation is submitted correctly.
