- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in menu development and standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Collaborate with management to create memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cost control, and kitchen management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
