The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Everent Health, Inc. (EHI) and its affiliates. This position oversees all marketing functions, including digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, communications, and market research. The VP of Marketing executes the department’s strategy and operational direction, aligning efforts with business objectives.Position Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals and strategic plan.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand, ensuring consistency and compassion in messaging across all channels and locations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets, service line growth, and community partnerships.
  • Lead the marketing department, setting goals, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor operational direction of the department and ensure the successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights for opportunities for growth, identifying new opportunities to expand brand visibility in underserved communities or geographies.
  • Create the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Support and enhance EHI’s reputation through industry events, community involvement, partnerships, and, and media engagements.
  • Influence key stakeholders, including executive leadership, through clear communication and strategic vision.
  • Ensure high-level performance from all EHI and affiliate team members working on marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as requested.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, depending on the industry
  • Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and trends
  • Willingness to travel to various locations within the EHI system's service area.
