- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and COE experts to understand analytical needs and propose technical solutions.
- Developing interactive dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI, MSI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide insights into HR outcomes against key performance indicators.
- Designing and implementing innovative data visualization that drive workflow solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in report preparation while maintaining query integrity.
- Developing automations and process efficiencies in collaboration with HRIS and team members.
- Consolidating data from various sources to facilitate analysis and trend identification.
- Providing support and training to HR on strategic reporting tools as a subject matter expert.
- Staying abreast of the latest analytics trends and technologies to drive innovation within HR analytics practices.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and concepts.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with HR data management preferred; interest in HR policy and processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical Field, Human Resources, or equivalent experience preferred; advanced degree in Analytics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Data Science is a plus.
- Strong team orientation and consultative approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to formulate recommendations and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience extracting data from cloud-based data warehouses.
