DescriptionYour RoleJoin our dynamic team as a Senior People Analytics Analyst and become a key player in our journey towards data-driven decision-making! As an integral part of our People Analytics and Compliance Reporting team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our data landscape.Your responsibilities will include not just documenting and maintaining data standards, but also spearheading efficient and accurate control structures to ensure data quality and compliance with governance policies. You’ll also offer dedicated support to our Enterprise partners, including HRBPs, Talent Management, and various HR COEs.In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll be a champion of data literacy, conducting engaging training sessions for your business partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Human Resources and Enterprise stakeholders, driving projects to test and enhance our reporting and analytic tools.You’ll wield your expertise to extract raw data from our HR Database (Oracle) and Applicant Tracking System (Oracle) and turn it into insightful reports that illuminate patterns within our workforce data.   • Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and COE experts to understand analytical needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Developing interactive dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI, MSI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide insights into HR outcomes against key performance indicators.
  • Designing and implementing innovative data visualization that drive workflow solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in report preparation while maintaining query integrity.
  • Developing automations and process efficiencies in collaboration with HRIS and team members.
  • Consolidating data from various sources to facilitate analysis and trend identification.
  • Providing support and training to HR on strategic reporting tools as a subject matter expert.
  • Staying abreast of the latest analytics trends and technologies to drive innovation within HR analytics practices.

Maximum Salary: $98,280.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with HR data management preferred; interest in HR policy and processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical Field, Human Resources, or equivalent experience preferred; advanced degree in Analytics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Data Science is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Experience extracting data from cloud-based data warehouses.
