The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and event-related logistics. This role supports the sports and entertainment environment’s fast-paced demands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing equipment, merchandise, and event materials.
  • Coordinate warehouse staff schedules to meet operational needs during peak event periods.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and timely replenishment.
  • Support event operations by preparing and staging equipment, merchandise, and supplies for load-in and load-out.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to optimize efficiency and workflow.
  • Communicate with event operations, concessions, merchandising, and facilities teams to fulfill requests and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff performance, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the sports, entertainment, or live event industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
  • Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
