Food and Beverage Floor Manager – Rockaway Beach, NY – Up to $75kWe are working with a well-established hospitality group to find a Food and Beverage Floor Manager for one of their amazing properties in NYC. This is a great opportunity to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, high-quality service across the hotel’s dining outlet. You will be overseeing daily floor operations, supporting staff training and development, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities, with a hands-on approach to service.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including service flow, table management, and health & safety standards.
  • Experience in staff training and scheduling, with a focus on consistency and service excellence.
