Job Description:ResponsibilitiesThe HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function. This role will be responsible for HR operations, data integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and managing HR processes. They will be responsible for day-to-day activities that support the HR department’s functioning and employee lifecycle.Key Accountabilities:
  • Review attendance-related documentation and discussions logged in HRIS. Cross-reference employee timecards against leader-provided documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy prior to formal accountability. Serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders seeking clarification on timekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current HR standards.
  • Process updates in HRIS such as lifting work restrictions and executing cost center or organizational structure changes. Serve as a point of contact for leaders during job and position builds or edits, providing guidance and oversight. Managing org and job search leaves by owning coordination and timelines. Processing paid admin leave and payroll correction needs and approving employee engagement needs such as N the Family approvals.
  • Track and follow up on key actions including job description acknowledgements, coaching and corrective action confirmations, performance evaluations, and mandatory training completions. Oversee employee health documentation and requirements to ensure compliance with organizational policy.
QualificationsRequired:
  • One year in human resources or performing administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Desired:
  • Three years in HR administration, proficiency with ADP, Workday, and Excel
