- Lead executive-level communications, translating complex marketing initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for Wayfair's C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Drive operational excellence by assessing and improving planning processes, leading key business reviews, and facilitating a synchronized operating rhythm for the global marketing team.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping to define priorities, manage key initiatives, and ensure alignment across a diverse set of cross-functional partners.
- Manage internal communication strategies to foster transparency and keep all teams informed on company strategy, key initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Develop high-impact, data-driven materials for a variety of senior audiences, including business updates, planning briefs, and leadership announcements.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a strategic role such as corporate strategy, management consulting, business operations, or marketing strategy.
- A Bachelor's, with a preference for a strong academic background in quantitative analysis, business strategy, or other related fields. An MBA is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional business judgment with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering executive-level communications and presentations that drive alignment and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a command of strategic and financial frameworks to contextualize marketing performance.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for tailoring messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proficient with Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar collaboration tools.
