- Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement. This position requires you to be punctual and dependable in order to meet the needs of the business; including attending and participating in meetings and presentations.
- Produce engineering designs and drawings in accordance with the applicable drawing and quality standards.
- Maintain proficiency with drawing standards and tolerancing.
- Maintain proficiency with document and configuration control methods and standards.
- Maintain adherence to accessory product expectations for accessory product categories as assigned.
- Maintain vehicle applicability, conflicts, and requirements for accessories.
- Facilitate accessory supplier readiness for manufacturing of accessories.
- Facilitate accessory manufacturing process readiness for installation of accessories, including installation training (for trainers).
- Participate in model year carry-over validation activities.
- Support accessory product quality problem solving efforts, including supplier corrective action.
- Participate in Field Quality Plan development for newly launched accessories.
- Participate in review of warranty and other indicators of field performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the continual improvement of accessory development and launch processes.
- Participate in determining the direction of the accessory portfolio and help optimize accessory product category
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
- Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
- Other duties may be assigned.
