Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple design projects through harmonious collaboration with cross-functional teams (both internal and external). As a design leader, you will be involved in every stage of the industrial design process, driving the development of cutting-edge products and platforms.Review and evaluate designs and project activities to ensure compliance with stringent guidelines and standards, providing actionable feedback to elevate product quality and user experience.Oversee project implementation schedules, coordinate timelines with project managers and external collaborators, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.Transform vision into reality by creating detailed roadmaps, presenting compelling business cases, and driving technical solutions for senior executives.Champion innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and fresh design language across our organization’s projects and activities.Develop and deploy continual improvement strategies, ensuring sustained high performance and impactful outcomes across functions.Mentor and guide less experienced staff, cultivating a culture of learning and professional growth.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline, or commensurate professional experience and proven competence.7–15 years of progressive experience in industrial design and development of physical hardware products and systems, or a related field.Essential Knowledge & SkillsIndustrial Design Process & Design Thinking3D Modeling & CAD (SolidWorks / Pro-E)Prototyping & Manufacturing ProcessesCMF (Color, Material, Finish) ExpertiseUI/UX, User Research, Visual Design, (Wireframing capability is a plus)Industrial & Interaction Design, New Product DevelopmentBasic Electrical & Mechanical Engineering knowledgeProject & Workflow ManagementCross-Functional CompetenciesEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityDisclaimerThis job description highlights the overall scope and expectations of the role but does not cover every detail of responsibilities, skills, or requirements.
