Administrative Assistant to VP of Retail Operations

- Manage and maintain the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor, organize, and prioritize email communications and follow up as needed
- Prepare, generate, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data formatting)
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, and agendas
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with project tracking, status updates, and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership is preferred
