We are seeking a dependable and physically capable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, youll assist with a variety of manual labor tasks to support day-to-day operations on-site. Responsibilities may vary based on project needs but typically include loading/unloading materials, cleaning and preparing job sites, using hand and power tools, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipmentClean and prepare work sites by removing debris and hazardous materialsOperate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAssist with construction, demolition, assembly, or maintenance tasksFollow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers as neededPerform general maintenance and upkeep of job sites or facilitiesFollow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks on time
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)Prior experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance is a plusAbility to lift up to [5075 lbs] and work on your feet for long periodsBasic understanding of safety principles and willingness to follow themReliable transportation to and from job siteStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skillsFor more details, please get in touch with Jho-Anne or Katie
