Adecco Staffing is assisting a facility in Devens MA in sourcing for Extrusion Operators on 1st shift! Ideal candidates have a direct background in a clean-room environment operating machines!Shift Hours: 6:00AM -4:30PM, Monday-Thursday - OT on Friday's!
Pay Rate: $21/hrJob Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practices
  • Manufacturing of Extruded tubing
  • Manufacture of Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulded (LSR) parts
  • Collecting and recording relevant process data
  • Assisting engineering with validation and experimental activities
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to recommend and implement solutions
  • Following Clean room policies- gowning up and wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth.
  • Maintain the tools used to create products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
  • Comply with company regulations and operating procedures
  • Maintain a helpful and collaborative culture through communication and a strong work ethic
  • Carry out any other activities to support the business as required
