- Sustains manufacturing-engineering functions to maintain a high standard of product quality and process efficiency
- Develops technical data regarding materials, sizes, qualities, dimensions, quantities, and cost to be incorporated into formal specifications
- Use mechanical reasoning to quickly figure out mechanical and electrical problems.
- Provides guidance, development and coordination for the planning, engineering design, and oversight of projects
- Implements tools or systems for managing infrastructure or projects
- Ensures technical aspects of work are performed in accordance with applicable regulations or project plans
- Provides advice on project planning and design process
- Resolve manufacturing issues that affect product quality and productivity
- Perform validations of new and existing designs and processes
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
- 2+ Years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering
- Mechanical reasoning
- Strong mathematical ability
- Scientific acumen
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle challenging tasks well
- Ability to use hand tools, and operate test and process equipment
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software quickly and easily
