- Read, use, and understand electrical/ mechanical schematic drawings.
- Responsible for producing high-quality electrical products.
- Fits, files, drills, and assembles junction boxes and panels, or performs a wide variety of diversified and difficult electrical assemblies.
- Assembles, in a predetermined order, electrical components, terminals, and push buttons.
- Cuts, strips, and mounts wires to connect electrical units.
- Closing job orders daily for the assigned value stream
- Preferred- High school diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)
- Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Two years of minimum manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform basic math, including the use of calculators
- 1 year of electronic assembly
- Experience with using a computer and or ability to learn basic usage of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
- Experience wiring electrical panels, instrumentation, and devices / point-to-point testing.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs. (sometimes more, depending on the job)
- The task repeats 6 -7 times per 8-hour shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8 -12 hours)
- Frequent walking throughout the floor to clean, allocate, receive, pack /unpack materials and parts
- Regularly need to bend, twist, kneel, or squat
- Frequently reaching above the shoulders or below the waist
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, such as assembling small parts, packing, or sorting
- Use of small hand tools, requiring fine motor skills
- Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, gauges, blueprints, or assembly instructions
- Tolerance for light noise, dust, light, and light soldering smoke
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts (Must be able to wear PPE – Steel-toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, protective gloves, and Electrostatic Control Coat
