This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity on 2nd shift with competitive pay and long-term potential.Job Highlights:Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)Shift: 2nd Shift onlySchedule: Full-time, on-siteLocation: Sugar Land, TXPerks: Clean work environment, long-term career growth, team-oriented cultureBenefits: Weekly pay, access to benefits, hands-on technical workKey Responsibilities:Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and detailed instructionsLayout, mount, and wire electrical components on custom control panelsDrill and tap metal backplanes as part of the panel buildPerform detailed measurements to ensure precision and proper fitTest and inspect components for quality and functionalityDocument production output, productivity, and any issues encounteredCollaborate with fellow assemblers to ensure final product meets all specsMaintain tools and equipment in safe working conditionRequirements:3–5 years of electrical assembly experience requiredSkilled in reading schematics, drawings, and wiring diagramsAbility to layout and wire custom PLC panelsStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power toolsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shiftExcellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and communication skillsStrong understanding of quality control and testing processesTake Control of Your Career TodayIf you’re ready to work with a respected team in a clean, safety-focused environment, apply now!
