Pay: $140,000 - $160,000 Per Year BOEResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage industrial, large commercial, and healthcare electrical projects ranging from $20 to $30 million.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and general contractors during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify value engineering opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage project teams including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
- Monitor job progress, cost projections, change orders, and contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and develop project management staff to support company growth.
- Participate in strategic planning, business development, and pursuit of future projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of electrical project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, healthcare electrical codes, and industrial standards.
- Proven ability to manage projects $20M+ in value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Autodesk, P6, or similar).
- PMP certification or Master Electrician license is a plus.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Ability to perform field inspections, which may include climbing ladders and working in various environmental conditions.
- Must be able to talk or hear, sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, work in tight or restricted areas, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
- Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary
