Talascend is seeking a Project Manager for a leading automotive manufacturer located in Auburn Hills, MI.
SUMMARY:Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project Management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs.REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above (under Job requirements)
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results
  • Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
  • Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking
  • Supports and promotes team above self interest
  • Process oriented
  • Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)
  • Location: CTC - Minimum 70% onsite / 30% remote
