- 5-day work week, work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles to verify concerns and ensure proper repairs.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Fords as well as other Makes and Models.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisors and/or management so that customers are informed of any repairs or service that is needed.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer.
- Experienced in medium duty repairs
- Are a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills

- Are computer literate
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Previous MEDIUM DUTY repair experience
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
