- Create Volume reports from Warehouse Management System (WMS) for current reports comparison. Track the past history of volumes and compare to current volumes to evaluate variances.
- Sample order volume (form items picked, processed and shipped) and confirm correct classification.
- Analyze and project volume by value stream/activity. Extract data from PKMS (warehouse management system) and categorize it into the proper value stream by utilizing the appropriate fields. Physically track orders from the warehouse floor to confirm they are being captured in the correct value stream. Distribute associated data to the team and compare it to the previous volume reports to detect anomalies and variances.
- Manage the flow of invoices, from creation to submittal of invoices and collection of payments to ensure CEVA is capturing all revenue due.
- Audit invoices created manually to confirm billing volumes and rates are correct. Confirm there are no mathematical errors.
- Monitor invoice corrections report and perform root cause analysis to permanently resolve issues. Provide communications regarding analysis to ensure fixes to processes are followed.
- Identify and respond to contract billing and rating needs in order to increase customer satisfaction and ensure effective work processes. Compare the customer's data to CEVA's data to determine if there are any discrepancies.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other job specific systems. Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Communication skills include responding promptly and professionally to customer needs, communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management, employees and vendors.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities, identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and contributes to building a positive team environment.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Cost and financial accounting experience
- Minimum five years of related industry experience
