- Provide overall leadership and direction for field operations on large ground-up projects ($100M+), with a focus on K-12 and higher education builds.
- Manage daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop field staff and junior superintendents to foster strong team performance.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
- Enforce strict safety standards, compliance regulations, and risk management protocols across the jobsite.
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, proactively addressing challenges to minimize delays.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with school districts, university stakeholders, and other project partners.
- Brings years of superintendent experience, including leadership on large-scale ground-up projects ($100M+).
- Proven track record delivering K-12 and higher education facilities on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop field teams and junior superintendents.
- Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Strong communicator, able to build trust and collaborate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders in the education sector.
- Adept at schedule management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using construction management software and reporting tools.
