
Project Manager - Healthcare & Higher Ed. Construction

- Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution at every phase
- Lead and supervise project administration staff and construction engineers
- Collaborate with project superintendents to establish and prioritize operational goals
- Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenues, maintaining adherence to budgets and estimates
- Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract/subcontract administration
- Coordinate with Construction Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders
- Demonstrated expertise in managing both ground-up and interior construction projects within health care and higher education sectors.
- Previous experience working with a General Contractor, ideally within the Atlanta market.
- Strong proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and efficient resource allocation.
- Proven leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities to quickly address challenges and keep projects on schedule.
